Training Tracks:
Adventurer Basic Staff Training: Foundational training for new Adventurer leaders.
Pathfinder Basic Staff Training: Essential skills for new Pathfinder leaders.
Master Guide Training: Advanced leadership development for experienced leaders.
TLT (Teen Leadership Training): Focused training for teen leaders in Pathfinder programs.
Been There, Done That: Refresher and advanced strategies for seasoned leaders.
Cost:
Participants (Ages 11 and up): $50 per person (includes lodging, meals, and training).
Children (Ages 10 and under): $20 per child (includes lodging and meals).
Note: No specific activity plan is provided for children. All children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

YMT Adventurer Basic Staff Training:Targets leaders of Adventurer clubs .Sabbath: Covers mental health in Adventurers, club organization, programming and planning, special programs, and curriculum development, led by Nelly Arroyo.Sunday: Addresses the leadership role in protecting Adventurers.Focuses on foundational Adventurer club management, curriculum, and child safety.
Master Guide Track
This program focuses on equipping staff with foundational skills to lead Pathfinder clubs effectively, covering club ministry, programming, teaching, drill, and safety.
Pathfinder Basic Staff Training
Pathfinder Basic Staff Training:Focuses on foundational skills for Pathfinder club leadership.Friday: Includes a general session and mental health discussion.Sabbath: Covers leadership principles, Pathfinder club ministry (purpose, history, relationship), club programming and planning, and teaching methods.Sunday: Introduces basic drill techniques and addresses the leadership role in protecting Adventurers and Pathfinders.Emphasizes practical skills like programming, teaching, and drill, alongside safety and mental health.
TLT Track
TLT :Aimed at Teen Leadership Training, developing youth leaders.Sabbath: Introduces the KS/NE Conference TLT program, elects representatives, and covers worship planning and scheduling.Sunday: Discusses running a TLT program and protecting youth.Combines leadership development for teens with practical skills in worship planning and safety.
